Full Paper Presenters

IMPORTANT:

Because of the large number of presenters in this symposium, it is essential that all powerpoint presentations are submitted on registration day. No presentations will be permitted to be uploaded on site in the session room.

Please label your CD with the Presenters Name and Session Number you are presenting in. Please name your ppt as follows:

SURNAME_Given Name_Session No e.g.

At the Symposium:

1. Please note that you are requested to meet with your chairperson in your presentation room approximately ten minutes prior to the beginning of your session to become familiar with the av equipment and discuss your presentation. Please provide a brief CV to your chairperson to introduce you at the session.

2. Should your presentation conclude earlier than anticipated, should your presentation run ahead of schedule.

3. At the beginning of your session, could you please sit in the front row of the room where reserved seating has been allocated for you.

4. Please be ready to move to the stage immediately your chairperson begins to read your biography.

5. Your presentation time is 15 minutes which includes 3 minutes question time.

6. Please do not go overtime as it is not fair to the speakers following you in your session and also upsets the changeover of delegates between concurrent sessions. Should you run overtime the chairperson has been advised that he must immediately close your presentation. Thank you for taking the time to read the above. Please remember we have over 100 presenters and that providing your presentation in advance will ensure a most successful and trouble free conference.
